I had the pleasure of taking engagement photos of my former coworker from The Center for Wooden Boats and his lovely fiancé a few weeks ago. These two were pretty much the ideal couple to photograph, as they were totally low key, kept being adorable, and came with a car full of props! Bonus points because they didn’t laugh at me when I fell into a big hole on the beach. Oh the trials and tribulations of being a photographer….
The Bahamas
In 2012, I had the opportunity to visit the Bahamas. What a lovely place! I took this photo with my point and shoot camera, and was actually quite pleased with the result. Sometimes, bigger isn’t better when it comes to cameras…as we all know quite well from the high quality cameras that come with smart phones these days!
